Profound Dialogues for the Homeland

Essayist Ernesto Limia and musician Raúl Paz have come together to present a unique book Cuba, ¿fin de la historia? ( Cuba, end of history?) in some universities of the country

To keep debating with the Cuban youth about the history, the culture and the identity of our country the initiative Diálogos itinerantes... pa’ conectar sentimientos Traveling connect feelings, promoted by musician Raúl Paz and essayist Ernesto Limia, who initiated a tour around all the provinces of the country and the special municipality Isla de la Juventud.
With interest in the university students and especially in the future educators, Diálogos itinerantes... suggest the presentation of the book Cuba, end of history?, by Limia, which approaches Cuba-US historic relations, the challenges of our socialist project, and other topics which have prompted debate between pupils and teachers.
This project, that has the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Hermanos Saíz Association (AHS) and the University Student Federation (FEU), has born fruits in some universities and cultural centers of the eastern and central regions country where it has been presented. Every meeting has been the opportunity to see the performance of outstanding young artists in their territories, before the closure with Paz’s songs.
These Traveling dialogues will conclude in Havana on June 9, with presentations at the University of Havana and the University of Pedagogical Sciences Enrique José Varona, among other centers.
